International Mixed-Signals Testing Workshop joins International Symposium on On-Line Testing and Robust System Design

Starting from this year, the International Mixed-Signals Testing Workshop (IMSTW) becomes part of the International Symposium on On-Line Testing and Robust System Design (IOLTS). IOLTS this year is held as part of the 3rd Federative Event on Design for Robustness (FEDfRo). The IMSTW sub-committee of IOLTS invites authors to submit papers in the following related technical areas pertaining to analog, mixed-signal, RF, and MEMS:

Submissions should be made electronically via the IOLTS web-site. For instructions, please visit: http://tima.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/conferences/iolts/iolts18/submission.php. Accepted papers will be included in formal Proceedings of IOLTS to be published by the IEEE. Papers accepted for oral presentation will be allowed six pages in the Proceedings, while papers accepted for poster presentation will be allowed two pages. |
